  • Strategic Performance Group LLC (SPG) is an international management consulting and market research firm headquartered in the north metro region of the Twin Cities of Minneapolis and Saint Paul, Minnesota, USA. How do I engage the services of SPG?

  • Initially, we strive to gain a thorough understanding of the client’s needs and objectives for market research or strategy formulation. Once those objectives are determined, we complete a proposal outlining the steps that will be taken by SPG in order to achieve client objectives. The proposal includes a fee and schedule for the professional services to be completed. SPG has an enviable record for completing projects on time and within budget.

How does SPG charge for its professional services?

  • Two methods are used to determine fees. The first method is based upon a total project cost. The fee is determined upfront based on the scope of the project and protects the client against any unforeseen charges. The second method is based on a retainer fee whereby the client, for a specific length of time, makes periodic payments. With the retainer fee, the client has access to the full range of SPG services at a rate less than what is typically charged.
